RhiB
Kia ora, I’m Rhiannon, a Business Analyst based in Aotearoa New Zealand.
I help organisations work better for the people within them by translating strategy into practical systems, inclusive policy, and tools that get used. My work often sits in the messy middle, where complexity, kaupapa Māori, and delivery meet.
At Ringa Hora, my ingoa Māori is Whatu Hura – the eyes that unveil. My role focuses on aligning organisational systems with our values, embedding inclusive processes, and making sure change supports kaimahi, ākonga, iwi, hapū, and the wider community.
Some of the mahi I’ve led or contributed to includes:
- Co-designing a Project Management Framework to support clearer delivery
- Developing a performance system grounded in Māori HRM principles
- Rewriting organisational policies using plain language and equity principles
- Supporting digital adoption, user testing, and systems improvement
Before becoming a Business Analyst, I worked in operational and frontline roles, that background gives me a grounded understanding of what helps or hinders good mahi. I’m also neurodivergent, and I bring systems thinking, pattern recognition, and a deep drive to remove friction and confusion.
I’m passionate about:
- Clear, inclusive, and purposeful work
- Systems that support people to thrive, not just cope
- Making workplaces more accessible and human-centred
Outside of my BA role, I offer informal mentoring for early-career professionals, especially those navigating neurodivergence, job searching, or career changes. I believe in sharing what I’ve learned and building spaces where people can ask questions, grow, and be real.
Keen to connect with others who are also figuring out how we make systems better for people.
