I’m predominantly working as a technical BA working in Saas (previous experience as a process BA). 20%-40% stakeholder discussions, 40%-60% drafting Jira tickets, the rest is supporting delivery.
I’ve only just started trying to use AI (ChatGPT in helping with the Jira ticket drafting) in my job, so I’m really keen to hear about how other people are using it. Keen to hear your use-cases!

Hi Ben, I train Senior Leaders in how to use AI for strategic planning and risk assessments.
For me as a BA (Consultant), I use it to get past the blank first page. I’m very fond of the interviewer persona so I will get Copilot to interview me to help me build a plan out. I use the Challenger or Devils Advocate persona to review my findings/analysis and challenge me on my assumptions.
I also used Copilot studio and built a BA Agent (provided the BABoK, PMBoK and CyBok manuals as knowledge) and get it to help me juniors understand techniques and methodologies.
