Change Management training

Kia ora, I’m looking for a foundation level change management training course. I’m keen to hear of recommendations for courses as well as frameworks. Thanks

I’ve actually not done any formal change management training – all has simply been hands on with good change managers. Though if I wasn’t self-employed and I could convince someone to stump up the money – I’d want to do Prosci. Most of the really good change managers I’ve worked with had this as the base …

In my day to day work, the framework I use the most for change management is Bob Moesta’s JTBD forces of progress model (I can’t find an article that explains it and the only image I can find is weirdly in the FAQ on his JTBD explainer page?) but either way, it’s a really simple model to help think through the elements – both positive and negative – of someone experiencing change.

Simple, but crazy effective.

(The rest of the Jobs-to-be-done model is also a go-to!)
